WAN SU LIM Senior Associate Delawie

Wan Su Lim is Senior Associate with Delawie. With over 35 years of experience, she has been with Delawie for most of her professional career. She currently serves as the Project Manager for Kona Village, the second-largest construction project in Hawaii, with more than 170 structures. Previously, she was Delawie's Project Architect for the Montage Healdsburg — named by Esquire as one of the Best New Hotels in North America and the Caribbean to visit in 2022 — and the Project Manager for the Hotel Solamar in downtown San Diego. She has the distinction of being part of the team that worked on the first ground-up research and development facility for Qualcomm.

An Orchid Award Winner in 1993 for her design of the San Miguel Fire District Headquarters, Lim is a licensed architect in California and Hawaii. Her design experience is invaluable to the Delawie team and imperative to the success of a wide range of large-scale, high-profile projects.

ELIF TINNEY Design Director and Senior Associate Gensler

Elif Tinney, a Design Director and Senior Associate at Gensler San Diego, brings more than 22 years of experience to the architecture and design industry. As a Studio Director at Gensler, she co-leads a team of 38 design professionals focusing on office and workplace projects. In addition, Tinney is the Technology Workplace Practice Area Leader.

Tinney's passion for design excellence and her purpose-driven design process inspires her teams to understand and realize each of her clients' vision and goals every day. Her thoughtful process allows her to align cultural, natural and built environments to amplify her client's brand and identity. Over her career, Tinney worked with a large range of clients in technology, financial and energy markets. Her high-profile clients include Microsoft, Samsung, Qualcomm and Teradata. PATRICIA TRAUTH PLA, ASLA, AICP, LEED AP Principal RICK Engineering Company

Patricia Trauth is a Principal at RICK Engineering Company, managing landscape architectural staff and services at RICK's 10 offices throughout the Southwest. As a licensed landscape architect in California, Colorado and Arizona with 35 years of experience, she has planned and designed numerous public and private projects, many of which are award-winning.

Trauth actively practices sustainable design. As the landscape architect of record for over 12 projects at the San Diego International Airport, she shifted the airport's philosophy to embrace a regional, drought-tolerant landscape. Trauth also brings her expertise to RICK's operations as head of the company's Green Team Internal Sustainability Program. Appointed by the mayor, Trauth began her term as Mobility and Traffic Safety Commissioner for the City of Encinitas last year, and she is an active member of the American Planning Association, Landscape Architects Technical Committee, and the American Society of Landscape Architects. MAXINE WARD Principal Studio E Architects

Maxine Ward, Principal at Studio E Architects since 2007, has served as Project Architect of the design team on a variety of the firm's notable projects, including multiple charter schools, sizable projects on university campuses and complex multifamily housing developments.

Ward has more than 20 years of professional experience in all phases of various project types, from programming to construction administration and from schools to libraries to housing. She can find creative solutions to complex programmatic requirements. With a design philosophy focused on finding value, energy and financial efficiency, Ward endeavors to find thoughtful responses to the needs of the client and user for the long term. She is well versed in the requirements for LEED certifications and confidently leads the consultant team toward a goal of high energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
