Innesa Burrola is CEO at Boutique Recruiting. In 1991, Burrola, her sister and Boutique Recruiting co-founder Sema Zavulunova, and eight family members fled Tajikistan in the midst of civil war, poverty and persecution. Looking to support their family and community, Burrola and her sister set out to succeed.

She earned a full scholarship from Arizona State University and with sheer determination and a handful of business experience in her early 20s stepped out and launched Boutique Recruiting. While starting a business is challenging, the sisters persevered in one of the most competitive business sectors — personnel recruiting and placement. In eight years, Boutique Recruiting has served more than 5,500 companies in the greater San Diego area and is now providing staffing services nationwide.

Burrola also donates thousands annually to the San Diego Humane Society and San Diego Food Bank.
