In 2021, Dragovic’s team completed 44 sale and lease transactions totaling more than $85 million in total consideration. He was the lead agent who represented a tenant on a 155,000-square foot, long term industrial lease in Vista, a $20.5 million in total lease consideration.

Born in Serbia, Dragovic and his family moved to San Diego when he was 10. He later attended UCLA and played football at the school. Over his 16-year career, Dragovic has worked his way through a competitive environment and has become a county industrial market expert.
