Kyle Nageotte is an Employment Law Attorney at Higgs Fletcher & Mack. He is a litigator representing employers large and small in claims involving wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, trade secrets, class actions and the California Private Attorneys General Act.

Nageotte was named to the 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Super Lawyer Rising Star lists and he served as past-chair of the California Young Lawyers Association, the largest statewide association of young lawyers in the nation. In his role there, he advocated on behalf of more than 50,000 CYLA members in California and worked closely with other sections of the California Lawyers Association to provide training and continuing education opportunities to new attorneys across California.

Nageotte serves on Higgs Fletcher & Mack’s diversity committee and also serves as a member of USD School of Law’s LGBT Alumni Scholarship Committee.
