JENNIFER PELLEGRINI

Brand Manager Illumina

Jennifer Pellegrini is Brand Manager at Illumina, an applied genomics technology company making genomics useful for all. As the “brand guardian,” Pellegrini helps guide strategy to achieve company growth objectives and define the Illumina brand reputation globally. Previous to Illumina, she held a senior advertising strategist position with Sharp HealthCare where she was responsible for leading the strategic marketing efforts for the cardiovascular, oncology and women’s services service lines.

At Illumina, Pellegrini is an advocate for promoting women in STEM fields and has been a professional mentor for business programs at San Diego State University and Cal State San Marcos.

She previously worked to brand and market master-planned communities for some of the nation’s largest developers. During that time Pellegrini was involved in both the San Diego chapter of the Building Industry Association and Urban Land Institute.
