Ilo Neukam is Founder and Chief Marketing Strategist for The Collective, which provides clients with full-service marketing solutions able to scale from a local to national plan.

The Collective is celebrating its five-year anniversary in 2022. Since its inception, the firm has been profitable every year, and has seen on average 20% to 30% year-over-year growth since 2017. Since Q2 2021, The Collective has had a 160% increase in account growth.

Under Neukam’s leadership, what started as one local client in San Diego has grown to more than 35 accounts across the United States and into Europe and Asia. She has more than 16 years in the marketing and communications industries and during that time has mentored peers looking to launch their own entrepreneurial goals by providing marketing insight, guidance and go-tomarket consultation.

Neukam also won the Junior League of San Diego’s President’s Award twice.
