RYAN SHANNON

Vice President, Finance IQHQ

Ryan Shannon is Vice President of Finance at IQHQ where he oversees all finance and investor relations, including IQHQ’s management reporting, board reporting, financial planning, strategic planning, and portfolio valuations.

Before joining IQHQ in 2021, Shannon spent eight years at Ventas, a Chicago-based S&P 500 healthcare REIT with over $30 billion in enterprise value. At Ventas, he managed several key functions including finance, investor relations, and investments. In these roles, Shannon worked on complex transactions including a public company spin-off, numerous strategic mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio investment which together totaled more than $10 billion in value.

Shannon is involved with the San Diego LGBTQ Community Center and is a member of the Center’s Leadership Circle, whose mission is to recruit a diverse network of community members connected by their deep commitment to the development and strengthening of the LGBTQ community in San Diego.
