Lauren Slatinsky is Vice President of Business Acquisition at Cultura, a commercial office furniture dealer. She is responsible for leading the company in ensuring it consistently exceeds its clients’ expectations. Cultura is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise.

Slatinsky has been with Cultura since 2017. Over the past four years, the company has grossed more than $100 million in revenue, including $28 million in 2020. In the last year, Slatinsky executed more than 600,000 square feet of commercial office space through strategy, design and furniture procurement

Slatinsky leads a team with a retention rate four times the industry standard and Cultura boasts a 93% client retention rate year-over-year. The company growth outperformed others in the industry by more than 40% in gross revenue.
