Vice President, Community Impact and Partnerships Reality Changers

Jordan Harrison is Vice President of Community Impact and Partnerships at Reality Changers. A connector in the San Diego business community, Harrison led the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee for the San Diego 33 Rotary Club and was recently elected as a board member. He has worked alongside leaders at all levels in the community, inspiring politicians, business executives and community members to commit to expanding educational equity in San Diego.

Harrison established a relationship that eventually became a new partnership with Junior Achievement, resulting in increased touch points and support for students. Harrison has coached and developed program leaders to reimagine their operations in response to the hybrid learning environment accelerated by the pandemic.

He currently serves as a board member for the San Diego Rotary Club, Mid-City Community Advocacy Network, USD Employer Advisory Board and the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce Young Leaders.
