Whitney Hill is Co-founder and Head of Business Development at Snap ADU. Snap ADU is an accessory dwelling unit construction in San Diego and the leading builder of ADUs in San Diego as part of a broader shift in how California is thinking about generating affordable housing.

Under Hill’s leadership, Snap ADU has improved transparency in the market by publishing ADU plans and build prices, including permitting, sitework and construction. Hill and her partner Mike Moore have grown Snap ADU to $15 million during the pandemic, embracing technology to make it faster and more efficient to design and build an ADU. Her company assesses feasibility – at no charge – to help homeowners determine what it will require to add an ADU within budget.

In addition to being a woman-owned business, 45% of Snap ADU employees are women or minorities, exceeding 70% including independent contractors and interns.
