Big changes at Bill Howe lead to substantial expansion and growth in 2022 and beyond.

Bill Howe started Bill Howe Plumbing in 19ςκ out of his apartment in Pacific Beach, with one goal in mind-to give San Diego a plumbing company they could trust and rely on. Tina Howe joined Bill on his mission in 1983.

Recently Bill Howe acquired Specialized Pipe Techologies (SPT), a local company and a leader in pipe inspection cleaning, and non-invasive pipe lining. According to Tina, they substantially increased their lining division and acquired 11 new vehicles, state of the art equipment and 21 highly trained technicians.

Jessica, says that is good news for their commercial customers, they can now handle bigger, complex commercial projects. As an example, she said they are currently re-piping and re-lining 2 large apartment complexes in City Heights and Pacific Beach.

Bill Howe also recently purchased a 40,000-squarefoot office building at 9210 Sky Park Court in Kearny Mesa - that will be their new corporate office. According to Tina, the increase in square footage, will allow them to better accommodate their 2οκ employees. Their company places a big focus on employee training and the new corporate office will offer ample space for that.

Their Flood and Restoration division also sets them apart from the competition. They can respond quickly to any type of flood, mold or fire damage. They just started a 1-million-dollar flood damage project in downtown San Diego – and can handle any size fire or flood emergency.
