Tom has recently earned his CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the nationwide premier accreditation given to property managers. To earn the CPM, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of management experience, complete 8 rigorous courses and pass a 2-part final exam to test ability analyzing real world scenarios and make recommendations based on ownership goals. Tom has worked with Income Property Advisors since December of 2014 and has played a vital role creating systems for internal business development as well as maximizing ownership returns through his years of management experience and market knowledge.
