Kayla Schultz is a CohnReznick assurance partner serving public and private companies across a variety of industries, notably renewable energy and technology. She serves as a national assurance instructor for CohnReznick and has led numerous internal and external trainings including renewable energy accounting seminars as well as soft skills trainings. Her strong technical skills help her identify and resolve complex technical accounting issues including business combinations, investment accounting and consolidation, financial accounting modeling, revenue recognition, multifaceted equity and debt financing transactions, and leasing arrangements. She serves on the board of directors and executive committee of Cleantech San Diego. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
