He is the architectural project manager for HealthpeaŬ Sorrento 'atewaLJ, a five-storLJ life science building, set for completion this LJear. /relan also spearheads the Wechanga Development Corporation tenant improvements to the 'reat KaŬ SteaŬhouse and Waisano͛s restaurants at Wechanga Resort Θ Casino. He has been integral to a varietLJ of Delawie projects including the Wechanga Resort Θ Casino Expansion, encompassing the ϳϬϬ,ϬϬϬ-sƋuare foot high-rise hotel tower, and the Eaval Special tarfare Basic draining Command on Eaval mphibious Base Coronado.

During her Delawie tenure, Morita saw to the successful execuƟon of the Montage Healdsburg, a five-star resort in Healdsburg, Calif., the Residence /nn Maui tailea in Maui, Hawaii and the ϴ-acre Bio>egend campus, including the ϭϯϱ,ϬϬϬ-sƋuare foot main campus building.
