Jean Lin is Vice President of Finance for Tandem Diabetes Care. She is a highly motivated finance professional with a passion for strategy, commercial execution and operational excellence.

Lin has a proven record of implementing initiatives to improve operating profits and working capital efficiency in high growth sector companies.

Last year, she built a world-class FP&A function and elevated the role of finance business partnership with department leaders across the company; enhanced financial acumen of business leaders and executives by leveraging data analytics to support thoughtful and sustainable decision-making; and drove the five-year strategic planning process to define corporate priorities.

Before taking the taking the Vice President of Finance role at Tandem, Lin held the same position at NuVasive where she participated in that company's diversity and Inclusion initiative as well as their Women in Spine employee resource group.
