Staff Program Manager, Tech Women @ Intuit Intuit

Kimbra Brookstein is Staff Program Manager for Tech Women @ Intuit, an internal initiative focused on attracting, engaging and developing women and underrepresented racial groups in the tech ecosystem. The initiative she works on has played a role in helping Intuit reach 33% tech women globally. She is a passionate leader in San Diego with deep ties to the community and a desire to see a more equitable and diverse industry. Brookstein was named to the board of directors of #LatinaGeeks as vice chair two years ago and currently leads the fundraising committee. In 2022, Brookstein joined another nonprofit, San Diego Squared, as a mentor in their fellows program, dedicated to empowering and connecting underrepresented students to the power of STEM. Brookstein was named among the Women of Influence in Technology by SDBJ in 2022 and 2021. Also in 2021, she won the Athena Pinnacle Award for Individual in Technology.
