Hillary Ashton is Chief Product Officer at Teradata. She leads a diverse global team responsible for product innovation, management, engineering and quality. Her organization defines strategic direction for Teradata’s cloud platform portfolio, engineers high-quality products, and delivers a world-class user experience. With a strong grounding in analytics, cloud and leading-edge technologies, Ashton has proven contributions to expanding market share and increasing revenue. Her accomplishments include spearheading a radical new offering in Teradata’s product portfolio: VantageCloud Lake. Built on an allnew, next-generation cloud-native architecture, this product is a first for Teradata in its 40-year history and will be critical to the company’s future growth. Separately, Ashton has increased her internship program by 53% and led an active drive towards college recruitment and early-in-career hiring, while still managing post-pandemic challenges.
