Julie Hajjar has been promoted to Executive Vice President at Meissner Commercial Real Estate Service (MCRES). She will be working closely with Tim Meissner and the MCRES Executive team on various growth initiatives and serving as director of the company’s Asset Management and Advisory services. Since joining the company in 2020, Julie has been providing leadership of project acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions in addition to a variety of project management and sustainability initiatives.

A native San Diegan, Julie has cultivated nearly 25 years of experience directing property acquisitions and dispositions, financing, asset management, strategic leasing, and implementing teams to manage office, industrial, retail, land, and mixed-use projects focused primarily in Southern California. She has a business degree from the University of San Diego with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
