Natasha Bowman is Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Arcturus Therapeutics – a global late-stage clinical messenger RNA medicines and vaccines company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of therapeutics for rare diseases and vaccines. Bowman is an experienced human resources executive with robust industry and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing and public sectors. She began working at Arcturus in 2019 and now leads a team that launched culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. During the pandemic, she launched the company's Culture Committee while adding employees across the U.S. Prior to Arcturus, Bowman held positions at Pfizer, ACADIA Pharmaceuticals and Althea Technologies.
