Lacey Craig is Senior Program Manager with T-Mobile. She has over 15 years of experience and extensive success in diversity recruiting for some of the world's most recognized brands. Her experience includes developing and implementing programs to drive diversity of candidate pipelines, cultivating strong relationships with community partners to support program initiatives, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional personnel including and senior leadership to ensure success of corporate objectives. Craig's recent accomplishments include leading over 50 transition class programs for service members and career readiness courses for military spouses in 2022 and 2023; launching the Military Spouse Fellowship Program with T-Mobile in partnership with Hiring Our Heroes that has led to seven spouses onboarded in the last six months; and leading refugee hiring initiative events within the retail stores to allow opportunity for employment showcase at hiring events and within partner networks.
