Patti Cuthill is Vice President of People and Culture at Verve. She is a purpose-driven servant leader and coach that exhibits compassion and character in all aspects of her life. Her goal is to encourage people to grow and become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, and more likely to serve others inside and outside the workplace. Under Cuthill's leadership, Verve (formerly NextLevel Internet) was a San Diego Business Journal Top 10 Best Places To Work, a Fortune Best Small and Medium Workplaces and a Great Place To Work Certified. Outside of work, she has served as board member for Neighborhood House Association - Head Start and San Diego Food Bank. She was also a board member and vice president at Resounding Joy Inc. and is a past president of Society for Human Resource Management.
