JILIAN DIMITT

Jilian Dimitt is Vice President of Human Resources at Optima Office. She has more than 25 years of HR management experience having worked as an HR Manager and HR Director for many companies in a variety of industries. Most recently, she has spent the last five years working as an HR Consultant to small and midsize companies. She enjoys consulting as it allows her to reach a larger group of people and share her HR knowledge. Dimitt works with clients, both on and off-site, handling a variety of responsibilities including employee relations, leave administration, policies and procedures, handbooks, audits, recruitment, and labor law compliance. She studied Human Resource Management and Business at UCLA and also received an Advanced Certificate in HR Management from UNLV. She is also dual certified as a Senior Professional in HR Management.
