Chris Fryson is Vice President of Human Resources at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. He also serves as Co-Director for the office's DEI Council: IMPACT. Frysod has led several major Diversity initiatives with IMPACT, most significant being the San Diego First Time Homebuyer's Seminar in October 2022. In partnership with NAREB (National Association of Real-Estate Brokers), this event included participation from San Diego's Mayor, Todd Gloria, along with several influential housing and financial agencies from across California and nationwide. He has previously held executive leadership roles in Human Resources for global brands such as General Electric, BP Amoco and CSX Transportation. In his current leadership position, he enjoys sharing his years of practical, working knowledge to help others unlock their potential and chart a path to success.
