Ariadna Garcia is Vice President of Human Resources at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego. She is a highly skilled HR professional with over 20 years of experience. As the VP of Human Resources at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego, she successfully transformed the organization's HRIS infrastructure, cultivated a leadership development culture, and was a contributor to the organization's DEI committee. Garcia is an expert in talent acquisition, developing employee training programs, and managing complex employee relations issues through effective communication and mediation. In addition to developing recruitment strategies, Garcia has also been instrumental in developing and implementing retention strategies.
