SARAH HASSAINE

Head of Global Inclusion and Diversity ResMed

Sarah Hassaine is the Head of Inclusion and Diversity at ResMed, a global leader in digital health. She has over eight years of D&I experience, including at Amazon and Qualcomm. Her focus on inclusion extends to ResMed's customers, prospective customers and employee groups. She partners with Learning and Development on the design, content and rollout of content for employee development, personally designing modules on topics such as inclusive leadership, allyship, disability etiquette and pronouns.

She helped found the San Diego Tech Women Summit, is on the boards of the North San Diego Business Chamber and the Southwest chapter of Planned Parenthood, and is board president of the Kim Center for Social Balance. She has also supported refugees in San Diego, orphanages in Mexico and development efforts in the Middle East and North Africa. She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
