Keri Jackson is Senior Staff Accountant at Xceptional Inc. She joined Xceptional in 2015, focusing on both finance and HR. She successfully upgraded the company's payroll and benefits program while slowly building out Xceptional's HR department. The business now has a fully implemented HRIS thus completely automating its applicant tracking, on/offboarding and talent retention processes.

Jackson has been a key contributor to successful company acquisition, integrating systems, processes and resources, as well as onboarding all acquired employees. She also led the accounting software implementation from QuickBooks to MS Dynamics Business Central.
