Kelly Maes Jacobs, Regional HR Manager of Allied Universal, is an experienced HR professional with a successful background in business, training, leadership/talent development and change management. She has a proven ability to increase performance, profitability and employee engagement through focused leadership and effective strategic planning. She holds an MBA from Pepperdine University with a concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change and a PHRca from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

During her time at Allied Universal, she facilitated multiple trainings for managers and supervisors both regionally and nationally with a focus on federal and state compliance, employee discipline and development, union shop considerations, and best practices to be successful in their roles.
