Dr. Michaelle Knight, Ed.D., has nearly 20 years of experience developing and implementing DEI strategies. She drives strategies to support the business case for DEI, creating a foundation of sustainable practices. She is passionate about creating cultural awareness and sensitivity to help individuals be advocates for themselves and others. As a Certified Life Coach she provides a safe space for clients to thrive. Leveraging her life experiences and empathy helps others realize their potential.

Knight is adjunct faculty for multiple universities using her influence to help leaders become self-aware and empowered through academic advancement. As an advisory board member for a Transformational Leadership Program at the University of California, Riverside, she serves as an Executive Leadership Mentor. Knight is held in high regard, creating space for inclusion through meaningful dialogue, ensuring all voices are heard, respected and valued.
