Serina Lowden, Founder / Broker Associate of All City Homes, has more than 18 years of real estate experience in traditional sales, REO (Real Estate Owned) foreclosures, short sales, commercial and property management. Her goal is to redefine, improve and empower the community by respecting and appreciating what makes people different, in age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education and national origin through home ownership and social responsibility. Lowden approaches her profession as a social service that promotes the importance of homeownership. She established a partnership with other real estate agents and brokers to ensure that diverse homeowners have access to a broad range of housing options. She has served as second vice president of Sacramento Realtist, a board member of California Realtist, a member of the National Realtor Broker Association, and western regional director of US REO Partners.
