She has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and a genuine passion for fostering a positive work environment. Redona has played a pivotal role in implementing progressive human resource policies and practices that have enhanced employee engagement, performance and overall satisfaction. She oversaw recruiting, employee relations, talent management and benefits of an influx of more than 100 new staffers hired by the San Diego office of Turner in 2022.
