Christy Treese is Senior Manager at NuVasive. She leads a team of HR professionals and is responsible for all corporate functions, the Spine Business Unit, and the NuVasive Specialized Orthopedics division. Through her leadership role in HR, Treese has supported the innovation within NuVasive-the largest spine-focused company in the world with more than $1 billion in net sales-which, in turn, has helped further advance the global spine market with the advancement of less invasive surgery. Outside of her HR responsibilities, she is an active leader for NuVasive's employee resource group, Women In NuVasive. As the Global Chapter Team Leader of WIN, she helps NuVasive employees in their careers by inspiring, developing, and empowering them. She also serves on the NuVasive Benefits Committee and is a Society for Human Resource Management member.
