Megan Wong has served as a HR Business Partner at PwC for the last ten years. She has notable experience in performance management, employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, onboarding, resource deployment, budget forecasting, and total rewards. With nearly a decade of human resources experience, Wong provides counsel and support to her stakeholders to help them achieve strategic and operational goals while creating and delivering a strong people experience. Her comprehensive background has resulted in strong and trusting relationships with her Partners and staff, a deep understanding of the business, and a culture where staff can develop and thrive as individuals.
