SHANEL GINYARD Associate Site Manager, Applied Behavior Analysis Cortica

Shanel Ginyard is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Associate Site Manager at Cortica. She began her career in 2016 as an educational aide in school settings for children with multiple and severe disabilities where she supported clients by preparing them for daily therapies, promoting their educational success with their IEPs in mind and assisting them with a variety of daily activities. In 2018, she joined Cortica as a behavior interventionist for clients ages 2 to 23 and discovered her passion for leading and training other ABA professionals and developing programs and processes. In 2019, she channeled her passion for leadership into an assistant supervisor role at Cortica, overseeing behavior interventionists and educating caregivers in ensuring client progress with treatment goals. In March 2020, she advanced into a clinical supervisor role at Cortica, where she now supports a team of nearly 30 direct reports in San Diego and Carlsbad. She is committed to helping her team conduct several high-quality ABA assessments.
