Edgar Sierra, a bilingual mental health expert, is the Director of Behavioral Health at Episcopal Community Services. Skilled in Marriage and Family Therapy, he has been a clinical supervisor, a private practice therapist, and now teaches in the San Diego Community College District. Committed to underserved communities, his accolades include the Mental Health Loan Assumption Program Award. His accomplishments include his instrumental role in the creation of the Community Harm Reduction Team (C-HRT) Safe Haven. He is currently working on an office/clinic expansion at PLF, showcasing his forward-thinking mindset and dedication to providing quality care to his clients.

Sierra has been invited to speak at multiple conferences, including We Can't Wait, Birth of Brilliance, and the Infant Development Association, showcasing his expertise and thought leadership in the field. He is a member of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
