Jennifer Whetstone, Founder of HOPE Therapy Group, is a dynamic and empowering leader in behavioral health, known for her engaging leadership style. She began her career serving at-risk youth and families, and rose quickly to become a program director and clinical supervisor. In 2017, Whetstone founded HOPE, where her dream of creating a diverse and inclusive team of clinicians has been realized.

Her team provides exceptional mental health support to the San Diego community, including veterans. Whetstone strategically designed her referral network to support our local military, representing approximately one-third of the total client count. She and her team have completed more than 10,000 counseling sessions with veterans, including more than $100,000 in pro-bono work. Whetstone is culturally sensitive and believes that diversity and inclusivity are crucial to creating an open and supportive environment for HOPE clients.
