Fisher’s House, a contemporary Mexican seafood concept, opened its doors to the public last week at W. 555 Beech Street in the downtown neighborhood of Little Italy. The restaurant will feature a raw bar, private dining room available for events, and ample patio space. The vibrant and unique menu will showcase dishes such as Peruvian tatemado fish ceviche, Olivos red snapper, fish tiradito, and seafood tacos of all kinds. Fisher’s is also notorious for their pepillin, a gin cocktail, as well as their beto el pato, which is a vodka tamarindo.

With only 4 tables back in 1989, Don Simon and his family, Jazmin his spouse, and their 3 children, Charles, Simon And Gabriel, opened the first Fishers in Mexico. With only 12 items on its menu, Fishers became a destination location in the northern area of Mexico City.

Since its founding, Grupo Fishers has developed 7 brands in more than 30 locations, the latest one in Madrid, Spain. Fisher’s puts an emphasis on encapsulating a true family style restaurant and atmosphere with the freshest and most innovative way to prepare delicious sea food products. Grupo Fishers has become on of the most successful sea food chain in Mexico with more than 2,500 employees and capable of receiving more than 200,000 clients per month. Fisher’s is pleased to welcome guests now in their second international location right here in San Diego’s little Italy.
